As a team, we felt it was important to create our own set of values to guide us at work. We wanted them to be created by Wasabi staff, for Wasabi staff and our customers.

The following is in our own words and has been committed to by every member of our team.

Respect - We have respect for our customers, their homes and people we work with. Our friendly personable staff will go the extra mile, and if something goes wrong put it right without delay.

Smart - We have broad industry knowledge and experience. We believe in the products we offer.

Quality - Our work is clean and tidy and we are proud of what we do. Our products are of high quality and we use suppliers who have excellent service support.

Community – We are visible and known to the local community.

Coach - We have a focus on ensuring everyone receives ongoing training, learns from their experiences and shares what they know and learn. We keep up to date with health and safety policies because we care.

Communicate – We make our appointments on time, if for any reason we are running late, we will let you know. Our website is easy to use. We explain solutions in plain language. .
